Injection Molding

Engineered Plastics’ specialty is injection molding — after all, here’s where it all started!

Using both commodity and engineering grade resins, we provide industrial injection molding processes, from shoot and ship to two-shot injection molding, overmolding or insert molding processes.

We can oversee the design and construction of your new molds or use existing molds. In fact, we’ve found great success with transfer molds that have produced inferior results elsewhere.

Our 62,000 square-foot-facility has nearly 30 horizontal injection molding machines and we’re prepared to continue investing to meet customer needs.
