| Kurt M.
Duska, President |
- Kurt has functioned as President of
EPI since 1989. Prior to that he served EPI as the General Manager
from 1986-1987. In 1988, Kurt founded D&D Plastics and operated it
as President, later merging with EPI in 1989. Kurt has spent virtually
his entire life in tooling/injection molding, working as an apprentice
at Red Dog Tool and Die, and moved to EPI when it started operations.

- Kurt received his college degree in
Industrial Engineering from Gannon University in Erie, PA, and has
served on many boards, including the Society of Plastics Engineers and
the Erie Engineers Society Council. Prior to bringing in his two
partners, Kurt ran virtually all aspects of EPI, with particular
emphasis on product/tooling design, material selection and automation
setup.

| Terence J.
Maloney, Vice President - Finance |
- Terry joined EPI in 1997 as part of
a financial and operational restructuring. With aggressive growth
plans, Kurt recognized the need for more depth in EPI's management
structure and sold a portion of the business to Terry and Denny
Scalise. Terry worked for Erie Plastics Corporation for 9 years, most
recently as Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to that, Terry worked for Ernst & Young as a Certified
Public Accountant for 4 years.

- Terry is a graduate of Gannon
University in Finance and Accounting, and is responsible for finance,
pricing/costing, and all administrative areas at EPI.

| Dennis M.
Scalise, Vice President - Assembly Division |
- Denny joined Engineered Plastics in
1997 as part of the Corporate restructuring. Prior to joining EPI,
Denny worked for Erie Plastics Corporation as Production Manager and
Customer Service Manager, among other duties, for 11 years, as the
Sales Manager for Corry Contract Inc. for 6 years, and as a Senior
Buyer for Corry-Jamestown for 5 years.

- Denny is also a graduate of Gannon
University, in Economics and Finance, and brings a diverse range of
work experience from purchasing to sales and production to EPI.
Denny's primary responsibilities at EPI deal with the manufacturing
operation, including resource management, scheduling and especially
customer golf outings!
