Engineered Plastics is currently capable of in-molding decorating, over molding, high cavitation molding using complex tooling, including hot runner molds, valve gates, unscrewing molds and robotic-integrated molds. Our customer base includes products for medical use, toys, electrical, sports/fitness, and consumer products. We are UL-Certified. Many of our products require a secondary operation, including hot stamping, sonic welding, autobagging and custom assembly.

We take pride in our ability to handle virtually any customer problem. Many of the products we continually run for our customers were inherited "problem" jobs that we corrected and improved through tooling changes, material analysis or process improvements.
